Solace
Sit beside me
In the morning blues
Don’t speak
And let our loneliness
Meet and share space
See the world
In the mist of death
Lie…
Facing me
Under the crimson skies
Don’t touch
You can’t feel
That hollow is hallow
The one that lies within you.
Now stand,
When it’s dark
And seek the seeker
Who’s finding you.
As nights are not safe
For the half dead
With their legs in the grave.
Walk my body…walk
This solace in solitude
Will take me to stars
But right now you need home
And love and life.
Yours truly
Your Crippled soul.
