Tell us what wrong Gauri Lankesh had done?

For the debacle, the so called ’Nationalits’ had won.

Is our freedom to speak so suppressed.

 Like the today’s mountain jutting from the trough and crest.

It seems as if the whole world was against her

For what she had done was not just hear but also being a people’s listener.

 The true Indians were saddened by her untimely death

And the patronizing ones still did’nt have a tricolor on their headquarters head.

What kind of India are we entering in

Where the fascism and Stalinism are the government’s kingpin.

Veracity and audacity will soon fade away

Unless paramounts like Lankesh, Kalburgi, Dabholkar will continue to pave the way.

Our democracy now lies under the Hindu-Muslim scuffle

And I doubt  are the real Indians actually lost in the scuff.

They said- ‘ save the daughters, educate the daughters’ will take away all the pain.

What happened to those voices when those three killers became our lioness’s bane.
